Great Customer Service

I purchased both the upstream and down stream o2 sensors. I am still receiving a bad up stream sensor code and my car is running worse that it did before I changed the sensors. I have orderd a new sensor to replace the new bad one. Wish I could get a refund.

Great part 

i really did not think these would make much difference, but wow, car runs better seems a bit stronger, idles smoother, i guess it was time. as always a premium prices put bmw to shame. also can't beat a premium warrenty, 3x bmw!!! i'll be back!
