I ordered this part and another car part for my dad's car. The team placing the order called left me a voicemail and sent an email before shipping the order out to confirm that I ordered the correct parts as the second part was for a different make and model. I had the correct order but as someone who works in e-commerce for 12 years this is great customer service to reach out to confirm an item wasn't the detected fit for a vehicle to potentially save me $100 dollars. It's such a common theme I see in e-commerce and while I did select the right items its a great preventative measure for accidents.

Great  pulley

It lasted all of 3 days before the bearing failed. Mechanic from told me that part while cheap meant it was lower quality thought it's OK for now but nope. It proved the part that needed replacing was my tensioner but just did hold up to oem for more than a few days.
