I foolishly fell into the online auction trap and attempted to buy splash guards (mud flaps) for my 2016 Cadillac XTS. After ordering and receiving two sets from two different sellers who
swore they were an "exact fit," I had to return them because, while they might fit some car, they certainly didn't fit mine. . In desperation I snooped around on the Internet and stumbled on A-Premium.COM. They too claimed an exact fit. Their pricing
was better than "the 'bay" and they promised free shipping and free returns. So I took a chance. First, A-Premium's website is very easy to navigate as was placing my order. Then it gets real good: within 12 hours I got notification that the mud flaps had been shipped. ("yeah, yeah, yeah, yadda yadda...they claim that on "the 'bay" too but it only means a shipping label has been created). NO!  Not with A-Premium. I go to the tracking number AND IT'S ALREADY IN FEDEX's HANDS! Two day later I am in my garage installing their perfectly-fitting mud flaps. Also it is apparent to me that they respect their customers more than most who sell online because the mid flaps were shipped in a very strong box, packed well and then shrink wrapped...then double wrapped in a bubble bag. The mid flaps are very high quality and installation took me less than a half hour. They supplied screws,tinnemans (speed nuts) and the holes all matched up with where the Cadillac's well well screws are already in place.From start to finish of this transaction A-Premium has treated me wonderfully and I'll certainly be a return customer.
