Steering Rack

When It arrived half of it was hanging out of the box and the box was absolutely destroyed. I had to install it anyways because mine was locking up and acting up. The left side feels brand new but the right side was the side sticking out of the box and it feels so bad. Like it’s so loose. I would like to get a new one but don’t want to spend anymore money. I get that the shipping and handling isn’t on them but its still let down.

Hopefully I won’t red the 3 year warranty. I’m replacing the Red Head gear box AND all of the steering components on my 98 C 1500. 
The mechanic that installed the Red Head should have had me change the 25 year old parts out. 
I’m sending it back to Red Head for $ 50, in Y’all’s box.

The name of the item clearly indicated that it was a POWER STEERING rack, I knew the pictures looked off, but I figured it was simply a placeholder. However, I instead received a MANUAL STEERING rack, and after hassling with customer service to resolve the issue, I was finally told I would be sent a shipping label, which makes no sense, as I could’ve been emailed one instead. So now I have to wait for it to arrive, which I am unsure of when it will, and then send it back, wait for it to arrive, and then wait for my money to be refunded. Sad to say, but this was absolutely silly and should’ve been handled much better, as this was entirely on the part of the seller incorrectly or falsely marking the item as something it was not.
