I read good reviews on this OBD2 scanner and wanted it for my home in Phoenix. I keep an icarsoft CR Pro in California. For some reason USPS couldn't deliver it and said my zip code was incorrect. It wasn't. Both A-Premium and I tried to get in touch with the local post office with no luck. Your customer servicee member got the scanner refunded fast and d very helpful. Maybe I'll actually get this product eventually.
